Geisha Girl's Grog - Gin Cocktail

This pretty, summery pink gin cocktail has a sweet hint of strawberry and is topped up by refreshing ginger beer.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 60 ml gin
  • 2 tbsp strawberry syrup
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice (approx 1/2 to 1 lime)
  • 180 ml ginger beer (Fentimans is listed as vegan at the time of publishing this recipe)

To garnish:

  • fresh strawberries
  • lime slices
  • fresh mint

Instructions
 

  • Stir together the gin, strawberry syrup and lime juice.
    60 ml gin, 2 tbsp strawberry syrup, 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Add the ginger beer to taste.
    180 ml ginger beer
  • Garnish with strawberries, lime slices and fresh mint and enjoy.
