How to Make Oat Milk Iced Coffee (in 2 Minutes!)

Summer is here, it’s iced coffee time! Saving you money and time, this oat milk iced coffee recipe can be whipped up at home in under 2 minutes.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2 shots of espresso (60ml total)
  • Ice
  • 120 ml oat milk (preferably barista style*)
  • 1-2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Equipment

  • 1 Iced Coffee Glass

Instructions
 

  • Brew the espresso.
  • Fill a tall cup with ice and then, if you like your coffee to be sweetened, pour in 1-2 tsp of maple syrup.

  • Pour the espresso over the ice.
    2 shots of espresso
  • Top up with approximately 120ml of oat milk and stir to combine. Enjoy with a reusable straw.

* Barista-style oat milk is recommended when the oat milk is being used with coffee. This is because oat milk can split or curdle when being mixed with coffee due to the acidity of the coffee.
