2 Minute Vegan Parmesan
Ingredients
- 60 g cashew nuts
- 30 g flaked almonds
- 15 g nutritional yeast
- ⅓ tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend briefly until crumbly and combined. That’s it!60 g cashew nuts, 30 g flaked almonds, 15 g nutritional yeast, 1/3 tsp garlic salt
- Note: Don't blend for too long as the nuts will start to release oil and the mixture will start to clump together – you want it to stay dry and crumbly (perfect for sprinkling!).
