We created a list of all of the vegan-friendly food spots and vegan restaurants in Cornwall that we could find, using personal experience, recommendations and internet research.

These restaurants were then rank ordered using a scoring system that collates independent review data from multiple sources, with a higher weighting given to those restaurants that are fully vegan, and that have a higher number of vegan options.

To feature in this list, each restaurant has to have either a fully vegan menu or multiple vegan options.
