We created a list of all of the vegan-friendly restaurants and eateries in Devon that we could find, using personal experience, recommendations and internet research.  These restaurants were then rank ordered using a scoring system that collates independent review data from multiple sources, with a higher weighting given to those restaurants that are fully vegan.
