Zingy Ginger and Lime Galapagos Tea

After a busy day of sea lion spotting on the beautiful island of San Cristóbal in the Galapagos, we stopped for a much needed cuppa in a beautiful little cafe.

I ordered what I though to be a regular herbal tea and instead received a concoction so zingy and fresh I just had to add it to my drinks repertoire!

This green tea is beautifully fresh with spicy ginger, a dash of sweet maple syrup and freshly squeezed lime juice on serving – a perfect mix of lively flavours to wake up the senses.
