These vegan chocolate chip cookie dough balls are naturally sweet, moreish and the perfect healthy treat. They are refined sugar free and contain only wholesome, nutritious ingredients so they are guilt free - plus they’re so simple to make!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 100 g oat flour (just oats blitzed in the blender, gluten free)
  • 30 g coconut sugar
  • 30 g coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 30 g chocolate chips or chunks

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all of the ingredients.
    100 g oat flour, 30 g coconut sugar, 30 g coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla, 30 g chocolate chips or chunks
  • Roll up into balls, pressing together firmly.
  • If the mixture does not hold together very well, add a tiny bit of water.
  • Store in the fridge and enjoy on yoghurt bowls, add to desserts or eat as a snack on their own.
