Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls
Ingredients
- 100 g oat flour (just oats blitzed in the blender, gluten free)
- 30 g coconut sugar
- 30 g coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 30 g chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
- Mix together all of the ingredients.100 g oat flour, 30 g coconut sugar, 30 g coconut oil, 1 tsp vanilla, 30 g chocolate chips or chunks
- Roll up into balls, pressing together firmly.
- If the mixture does not hold together very well, add a tiny bit of water.
- Store in the fridge and enjoy on yoghurt bowls, add to desserts or eat as a snack on their own.
